Thirteen members of Gamma Iota Sigma-Sigma Chapter—the academic fraternity for students in risk management, insurance and actuarial science—served as “shavees” for the St. Baldrick’s Foundation during the Insurance Society of Philadelphia’s Philly I-Day, April 9 in the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
This week, both 'The Philadelphia Inquirer and 'The Philadelphia Business Journal' took note: Nearly 2,000 former Community College of Philadelphia students are enrolled at Temple, and they collectively receive about $11 million in scholarship funds. Temple and CCP also have a dual admissions program.
Temple’s Photo of the Week was taken by Temple Photographer Ryan S. Brandenberg. The Clothesline Project, a temporary display on Liacouras Walk, aims to raise awareness of interpersonal violence.
