Through the Tyler School of Art's Distinguished Alumni Mentoring Program, Paula Scher, TYL ’70, and Keith Hartwig, TYL ’11, have come together to create a Philadelphia-based exhibit.

On Sunday, May 3, 40,000 runners participated in the 36th annual Blue Cross Broad Street Run. More than 600 Temple alumni and many more students and staff members took part as runners, while over 200 alumni, family, friends and community members supported participants.
Owls are gearing up for Temple’s 128th Commencement ceremony, to be held Friday, May 8. In this video, Chief Marshal for Academic Ceremonies Jack Klotz, SMC ’89, explains the history and tradition of academic regalia, and the placement of graduation tassels.
Temple students lead art projects for Jumpstart at Temple University
For the last 10 years, Jumpstart at Temple University, part of a national early education program for children who live in low-income communities, has helped children develop the literacy and social skills they need to enter kindergarten.

Temple University's 128th Commencement is today at 10 a.m. Doors open at 8:30 a.m. For information on all of Temple's school and college graduation ceremonies, visit the Commencement website.

This culminating exhibition of Tyler School of Art's third annual Distinguished Alumni Mentoring Program is the result of a six-month mentorship between Paula Scher, TYL '70, and recent graduate Keith Hartwig, TYL '11

Today, 6-8 p.m.: opening reception. Through July 17, Monday through Wednesday, 11 a.m.-5 p.m., Tyler Contemporary.

Temple University's Center for Social Policy and Community Development presents this public event to provide information on problem gambling, including treatment options, prevention programs and resources for help. Parking reassignment plan for today's Commencement

Monthly, semester and part-time parking will be affected today by Temple University’s 128th Commencement exercises along with school and college graduation ceremonies for the Class of 2015. To ensure that graduates and their guests have convenient parking available, monthly, semester and part-time parkers will be temporarily relocated. For a complete list of reassignments, visit the Office of Parking Services.
