Other than the Phillies themselves, is anyone working at Citizens Bank Park more admired than Pistachio Girl? When not in her yellow uniform, the charismatic vendor is better known as Emily Youcis, a senior painting major at Temple's Tyler School of Art. In a world dominated by men — and by peanuts and Cracker Jacks — Youcis is a runaway success story. She sold 96 bags of pistachios last Sunday night in two hours at $6 a bag. Pistachio Girl keeps 15 percent, plus tips ($50 on Sunday). She even has a Facebook fan page.
