Vicki McGarvey represents Temple Harrisburg at Nonprofit Innovation Awards breakfast
Vicki McGarvey, vice provost for University College, represented Temple University Harrisburg at the 15th annual Nonprofit Innovation Awards breakfast event Friday, Feb. 28, 2014. Organized by the "Central Penn Business Journal," 35 local nonprofits were recognized for the innovations they demonstrate in their daily operations.

Ina Calligaro, associate dean for education, faculty development and experiential education in the School of Pharmacy, was a Faculty of the Game honoree March 4. Calligaro spearheaded the establishment of the curricular development and outcomes assessment program and has masterminded an outstanding experiential education program.

The Temple Law Foundation will make tickets available to Temple undergraduate students for "Remarks by President Bill Clinton," April 10, 2014, at 6:00 p.m in the Liacouras Center. Beginning Monday, March 10, tickets will be available for pickup on a first-come, first-served basis to full-time undergraduates with valid Temple IDs at the Liacouras Center during normal box-office hours (Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.). Seating is assigned, so if you would like to sit next to another student during the event, you must pick up your tickets at the same time. If you have family or friends who would like to purchase tickets, or you would like to sit with family and friends, visit the Liacouras Center website for ticket information. |
