Stay motivated and in shape by logging your lengths at Pearson Pool 30 each time you come for a swim. Complete 20 miles by the end of the semester and receive a Campus Recreation prize.

Mezzanine Rewards is an incentive-based program that rewards patrons for continued use of the 2nd Floor Fitness Mezzanine. For more information, visit the front counter at the IBC Student Recreation Center.

This session provides the basic information needed to start planning a semester, year or summer abroad. Participants will learn about program options, application procedures, finances, travel essentials and more.

The Urban Riding Basics course is for members of the Temple community who would like to use bicycles to get around but are intimidated by an urban setting. The 30- to 45-minute course teaches the basics of safety, laws of the road and how to conduct a pre-ride equipment check. Each attendee will receive a biodegradable Bike Temple water bottle. The course is free and open to all Temple students, faculty and staff.
