President Neil D. Theobald has announced a partnership that will limit the number of hours per week that students need to work for pay and will guarantee that students can complete their degrees on time, or the university will pay for any remaining courses. The new plan—named Fly in 4—is a part of Temple’s commitment to reduce student debt and will provide undergraduates with the resources they need to graduate in four years.

On Saturday, statues honoring John Chaney and Harry Litwack—both former Temple basketball coaches and Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame legends—were unveiled prior to the start of Temple's game against Villanova.

Free, walk-in, rapid HIV testing is available today for students with valid OWLcards.

Today, 10 a.m-1:30 p.m., Mitten Hall, lower level, Wellness Resource Center classroom.

A four-part Teaching and Learning Center workshop where teaching assistants explore research-based best practices for designing assessments, alternatives to traditional assessments, and time- saving tips for grading and providing feedback. Sessions will be held Feb. 4, 11 and 18 and March 11. Participants must commit to attending all the sessions.

Students can learn more about the Gilman Scholarship program, which provides awards of up to $5,000 for undergraduates who are U.S. citizens and want to study abroad.
