Open House gives prospective Owls a taste of Temple

The Office of Admissions hosted prospective Owls last Saturday for a daylong crash course in Temple University 101 at its Fall Open House. To get the most authentic feel for Main Campus, visitors conducted self-guided tours—with a little help from strategically-placed guides to fill in information—and peeked inside Temple’s residence halls, experiencing the atmosphere of the fully populated campus.

An information fair allowed students to chat with representatives from many of Temple’s departments and organizations—and pick up a few freebies along the way. After taking it all in, visitors were treated to an all-you-can-eat buffet in the student dining hall. Presentations from individual academic departments closed out the day.
