Paul Weinberg, senior lecturer of management information science for the Fox School of Business, and Julie Fesenmaier, instructor and associate research director of the Cochran Research Center at the Fox School of Business, published the paper “Municipal Broadband Wireless Networks: Realizing the Vision of Anytime, Anywhere Connectivity” in Communications of the Association for Computing Machinery, in February.
