James Lammendola, instructor of legal studies at the Fox School of Business, published an article, "The Pennsylvania Real Estate Seller Disclosure Law" in the Pennsylvania Law Weekly, a supplement to the March 2008 Legal Intelligencer. The article was co-authored with Michael Valenza, assistant professor of legal studies, and discussed whether non-physical defects, both on and off site in residential transactions, are unrelated to title issues and need to be disclosed by a seller to the buyer.
