At about 2:30 a.m. Wednesday Nov 6, Temple University Police found a man shot at Germantown and Tioga near Temple University Hospital. The non-Temple related victim was transported to the hospital for treatment. Police are looking for an African-American male in his mid 20s wearing a white and black Nike hoodie.
