Jerry Ratcliffe, associate professor in the Department of Criminal Justice, in the College of Liberal Arts, recently delivered a keynote address on “Advancing Intelligence-led Policing” to a symposium hosted at the General Secretariat of Interpol the headquarters of the international criminal police organization in Lyon, France, held Oct. 9–10. Also, on Oct. 24, Ratcliffe presented testimony on the proposed Stop-and-Frisk policy to Philadelphia City Council’s Committee on Public Safety.
