Nola Joyce, Ph.D. student of Criminal Justice in the College of Liberal Arts, has been co-awarded the 2010 Gary P. Hayes Memorial Award in recognition of her successful development and implementation of multiple citywide crime-curtailment programs as part of her role as chief administrative officer in the City of Philadelphia.
