Doctoral student Stephanie Palmier, Mass Media and Communications, will present her paper, “Age, Gender, and Power: Identity Formation In Artemis Fowl,” at the 2011 Mid-Atlantic Popular American Culture Association conference, which will be held in Philadelphia Nov. 3-5. Her paper will be presented on a panel in the Science Fiction/Fantasy division.
