A growing number of senior citizens are opting for cosmetic surgery. Frank Farley, a professor in Temple's College of Education, says there is no problem with seniors getting cosmetic enhancements as long as they are healthy enough for an operation, don't go to extremes in their appearance and recognize that future surgeries may be needed. "You don't give up your energy, your enthusiasm, your drive, your interest in life when you become a senior," says Farley. "It's your own life and you have to create the life that you like."
