Few young athletes have experienced as much dizzying success in a five-month period as 22-year-old hockey superstar Jonathan Toews, who won an Olympic gold medal for Canada and then helped the Chicago Blackhawks win their first Stanley Cup in decades. Sports psychologist Michael Sachs, a faculty member in the College of Health Professions, said it can get better for Toews as long as he keeps that feeling of being on top of the world in perspective. "You need to have the mind-set that you have a memory to enjoy for the rest of your life, but you can't think, 'I have no place to go from here' or 'I'm only 22, is that all there is?'" Sachs said. "You get that answer by looking in the mirror."
