Newsweek has announced that it will go all-digital. “Newsweek has failed to adapt to digital technology,” said Christopher Harper, a Temple journalism professor and former Newsweek reporter. “And I think that the switch is just going to lead to the inevitable death of Newsweek magazine.” He says the public’s appetite is increasingly for instant news, instead of an insightful analysis in print of the events of the last week.
