Daily News sports writer columnist Dick Weiss was honored last week with the prestigious Lew Klein Alumni in the Media Award at Temple. The award, given to distinguished Temple alumni who have made outstanding contributions in the media, was presented to Weiss at a luncheon that also honored other alumni, as well as CNN’s Anderson Cooper, who received the Lew Klein Excellence in the Media Award.
