The line of applicants started early and spanned several blocks at Temple’s Main Campus. Candidates were hopeful they would find a job with one of the 60 employers participating in Temple's seventh annual Neighborhood Job Fair. “Philadelphia has a high unemployment rate, so obviously by the numbers you see that people are looking for work. These are people that have credentials. Many of them are degreed, and so they're looking. We're providing this as a community service,” said Michael Robinson, director of community outreach at Temple Human Resources.
