Candice Johnson, a Ph.D. student in the College of Engineering, received the first place paper presentation award from the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry's (SETAC) local chapter for "Effects of Estrogenic Mixtures in Water on Yeast Estrogen Screen Assays for Estrogenicity Determination."
