Candice Johnson, a PhD student in the College of Engineering, received the first-place Paper Presentation award from the Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry's (SETAC) local chapter for her paper "Effects of Estrogenic Mixtures in Water on Yeast Estrogen Screen Assays for Estrogenicity Determination."
