Alexandra Davatzes, of the Department of Geology at the College of Science and Technology, received a grant from the SETI Institute (whose prime award comes from NASA) for the project, “Fluvial and Hydrothermal Research on Mars using HiRISE Data.” The award provides $25,822.22 for the period June 2, 2008 through Aug. 22, 2008.
