Celia Feinstein, Associate Director of the Institute on Disabilities in the College of Education, has been awarded the Lifelong Achievement Award from the National Conference of Executives of The Arc of the United States (NCE) in recognition of her “accomplishments and to honor her continued work on behalf of people with intellectual disabilities and their families.”
