Isaac Pesenson: September 18, 2008

Isaac Pesenson, senior lecturer of mathematics at the College of Science and Technology, received a grant from the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency for the project, “A Framework for Regularizing Hyperspectral Images—Image Processing, Spectral Domain Dimension Reduction, Visualization and Quality Assessment.” The award is for two years and has a value of $300,000.  It includes up to three-one year options valued at about $150,000 per year.
