Joke Bradt, assistant director of the Arts and Quality of Life Research Center, was recently appointed to the exam committee of the Certification Board for Music Therapists. She has clinical expertise in medical music therapy, specifically as it relates to chronic and acute pain management. The committee develops the exam that identifies competent practices in music therapy, and is comprised of music therapists, from around the country, who have diverse backgrounds and clinical expertise.
