Rolf Lakaemper, assistant professor in the CIS department of the College of Science and Technology, was awarded $1,095,019 in an NIST Measurement Science and Engineering Research grant titled "World Modeling for Autonomous Navigation in Unstructured and Dynamic Environments: Performance Evaluation and Benchmarking.
