Temple’s student refund process has been converted to TUpay, the university’s online billing and payment system. By adding this feature, Temple now offers a one-stop solution for accessing and managing all student account functions in TUpay.

To manage your students refunds and have them directly deposited, follow these steps:

1. Log in to tuportal.temple.edu.
2. Select Student Tools.
3. Select TUpay under Student Accounts.
4. Select Student Choice Refunds.
5. Select Edit Refund Method.
