To the Temple community, 

We know that the ongoing strike has been challenging for the entire Temple community. We remain hopeful that negotiations will lead to a fair resolution soon, and we are encouraged following yesterday’s productive discussions. We are scheduled to meet again tomorrow.  

The university is aware of calls for students and others to take part in a walkout in support of the strike this afternoon at 2 p.m. We strongly encourage students to attend classes and stay on track with your studies.   

We support Temple community members’ rights to free expression, but we ask that everyone proceed responsibly and fulfill the obligations of their role at the university. 

Thank you for your continued patience and flexibility during what we know is a disruptive time.
