See and hear talented musical and poetic performances from Temple students. We are looking to honor and celebrate the rich cultural history and current diverse community of African-Americans and Black-Americans in the United States and, more specifically, here at Temple University.
Student will experience music styles that take their derivation from cultural roots such as jazz, r&b and hip hop. Also, there will be segments of spoken word and poetry during the evening.
This showcase of student talent is part of TU Dining's Black History Month Event Series featuring performances from Low Key, Temple University's a Capella Show Choir; soloists from Boyer College of Music and Dance; and spoken word by members of performance poetry group Babel.
