The Temple 20/20 framework is a plan that "seeks to reshape the urban campus and attempts to reinvigorate North Broad and re-establish the artery as the gateway to the campus," wrote PBJ's Natalie Kostelni. Funding hasn't been an issue. Money for the construction and renovation projects has been allocated and not hit any hurdles from the state. For example, the $58 million renovation of Pearson-McGonigle was funded through university reserves and bond financing. One of the other significant projects to get going is a new library. "We want something that is relevant today and relevant in 2050," said Temple Senior Vice President James Creedon. "This is something that will be unique not only in form but in function."
