The U.S. Supreme Court voted in favor of Comcast in a consumer class-action lawsuit. The suit claims to represent two million customers who were harmed by anticompetitive business practices, and seeks $875 million in damages. Ken Jacobsen, a law professor at Temple, said it was predictable and "consistent with an agenda to tighten the noose on class actions by the majority" on the court.
