Reports of domestic violence perpetrated by athletes on college campuses have dominated recent headlines. Yet student-athletes can also be part of the solution, writes ESPN columnist Dana O'Neil. Student athletes shouldn't hide in the shadows, afraid they'll be stereotyped by the actions of the minority. They can take action to change how athletes are perceived. "Someone needs to bring it to the table," said Temple senior Julia Adden, a soccer player. "If we can go out and set the example, help get the message out, we should. No one is going to listen if you don't say anything."
