First class of Temple's Seasonal Law Enforcement Academy graduates
Ambler Gazette, 6ABC Eighteen students graduated from the inaugural class of Temple's Seasonal Law Enforcement Academy, a 13-week program that prepares graduates for positions with the National Park Service. Additionally, six of 18 students completed a program with Temple partner, ProRanger Philadelphia, in which participants who earn a four-year degree and complete a paid internship, are guaranteed employment with the National Park Service. "[The graduates] have proved themselves worthy of the opportunity to protect our national treasures and serve in our national parks," said Anthony Luongo, director of Temple's criminal justice training programs.
