In recent years, the Inquirer’s restaurant critic Craig LaBan has acknowledged what the Temple community has known for decades: Philadelphia’s food truck culture deserves respect, and Temple is a hot spot of food truck excellence. In his latest big roundup of Philly food truck reviews, LaBan singled out Poi Dog (“homespun Hawaiian flavors”) and Cloud Coffee (“performance art”) for praise.
