It's hard to know what effect Pennsylvania's new voter ID laws could have in demobilizing voters in the November election, according to Megan Mullin, an associate professor of political science at Temple. "This is a state that Obama certainly would have to win in order to be re-elected and it's a state that Republicans will do everything they can to keep him from winning, in order to prevent him from being re-elected," she said.
