Jeanne Clery's murder 25 years ago on the campus of Lehigh University sparked a crusade to transform safety on college campuses. "Like every university we have a set of protocols that uses the Clery Act as a guideline to tell us how and when and where we need to be advising students to help keep them safe," said Ray Betzner, Temple's assistant vice president for communications.
