Japan's citizens show grace under pressure

Images out of Japan show citizens remaining calm in the wake of last week's disaster. "The level of dignity and stoicism here is remarkable," said Jeffrey Kingston, director of Asian Studies at Temple University, Japan Campus. "The level of civility and considerateness is remarkable. You have to take your hat off to the Japanese people." According to Kingston, people in Japan are socialized from a young age to accept natural disasters as a way of life.
