President Obama's health care reform bill puts emphasis on training more primary care physicians to improve access to care. But faced with a large debt after graduation, many new doctors want to specialize to go where the money is. "The thought is, either the cost of schooling needs to go down, or primary care doctors need to be paid much more," said Kathleen Reeves, associate dean of student affairs at Temple's School of Medicine.
