As LinkedIn has transformed the job search process, business schools across the country are encouraging students to become active users on the social networking site right from the start of their M.B.A. programs. Once they become active in discussion groups, they should look for professionals with whom they can build relationships, says Tony Petrucci, assistant professor of human resource management at Temple's Fox School of Business.
