Iron chef and noted restaurateur Jose Garces recently visited Temple's School of Tourism and Hospitality Management to discuss his career and path to success. In a presentation moderated by Center City District President and CEO Paul Levy, Garces told the crowd of 150 students, faculty and staff that his 15 acclaimed restaurants are built on an organizational culture "of family and belonging."
