Eagles' quarterback Michael Vick had the best game of his football career in Sunday's game against the Redskins, hitting 20 of 28 passes for 333 yards, including an 88-yard touchdown pass. Analysts have said Vick's throw looked effortless. Ryan Tierney, associate professor of kinesiology at Temple, said much of that has to do with Vick's form: "He's been practicing a style that's less upright and has a more stable base, so that may have been what's improved his throwing arm."
