In the face of bleak employment statistics for college age students, President Obama recently urged them to be prepared to adapt. Students seem to be getting the message. Usually they start focusing on careers in their senior year, but this fall at Temple, hundreds of freshmen turned out for a career fair the first week of school. "They are coming in with a very different attitude and approach than even two years ago because it is just a different market now," said Rachel Brown, director of the Temple's Career Center.
