"Magic has returned to glassmaking." That's how Inquirer critic Victoria Donahue began her review of a nine-person exhibit, "Philadelphia Women Working in Glass" at Rosemont College. Three of the exhibit participants hail from Temple's Tyler School of Art: Jessica Jane Julius, a faculty member; Emma Salamon, a first-year MFA student; and Amber Cowan, a second-year MFA student. Cowan's work, which appeared in a photograph in the Inquirer's print edition, was described as a "delightful white wreath, its lyrical quality summoning up a spirit of conviction and affirmation."
