While President Barack Obama and his aides expressed outrage over the recent immigration bill signed by Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer, a Republican, the administration has been in no hurry to take a stand on the tough-on-immigration legislation approved by then-Gov. Janet Napolitano in 2007, a Democrat, who now is the president’s point person on immigration. Bush. "They’ve just got to be in agony."
