The Temple University Symphony Orchestra performed a piece by Dave Brubeck and his son Chris at Lincoln Center in 2010. It was one of two pieces Temple commissioned that were recently nominated for Grammy Awards. “This is icing on the cake for us," said Robert Stroker, Temple vice provost for the arts. "I'm thrilled for the kids and the faculty, and for Temple. It's a real outcome measure of them being successful. They worked really hard."
