Opponents of Colorado State University's proposed on-campus football stadium have asked a Temple sports economist to examine whether it's financially feasible to move forward with the project. Joel Maxcy, an associate professor at the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management, is scheduled to publicly present Monday on his review of financial projections compiled by CSU-hired Conventions, Sports and Leisure International. "My impressions are that even their lowest projections are quite optimistic," he said.
