For WAMC Radio's Academic Minute, Temple political scientist Roselyn Hsueh, author of China's Regulatory State: A New Strategy for Globalization, discussed the position of the Chinese economy after 10 years as a member of the World Trade Organization. "China's bifurcated capitalism, with its sector-specific coordination mechanisms and distribution of property rights, is like none that the world has seen before," she said.
