A group of Temple students are headed to the U.K. for the 2012 Olympics, but they won’t be playing in the games. “What we really wanted was for the students to have an opportunity to cover stories on the ground with the people of London,” says Paul Gluck, general manager of Temple University Television (TUTV). “Stories of culture, economy, security, the excitement of the games, the athletes who were coming, the fans who were coming to support the athletes ….that’s what the focus will be in the project.”
