What makes some toddler deaths worthy of charges?
Several recent toddler deaths caused by forgetful or neglectful parents have made headlines. Why do some lead to criminal charges while others don't? Beasley School of Law Professor Edward Ohlbaum has issues with the York County District Attorney's decision to prosecute a York father whose 17-month-old son drowned after the father, distracted by a conversation with an uncle, walked away. "I've got some questions," Ohlbaum said.
