The British government could find itself hauled before an international court if it moves in on the Ecuadorian embassy where WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has been granted political asylum. "It's pretty simple under international law," said Temple international law professor Peter Spiro. "Without the consent of the state whose embassy is implicated, the host state may not enter those premises."
