Dear members of the Temple University community:

I am delighted to invite you to join in cheering on our men’s and women’s basketball teams as they compete in the 2010 NCAA Tournament.

On Friday at 12:30 pm, viewing parties for the first-round East Regional game between the fifth seed Temple men's team and 12th seed Cornell University will be held at the following locations:

• Main Campus: Great Court, Mitten Hall
• Ambler: Bright Hall
• Health Science Campus: Student Faculty Center

We will serve a variety of food and refreshments, including items provided by several local eateries.

On Sunday, the eighth seeded women’s team will take on James Madison University at 2:30 pm. The game will be broadcast live in the Great Court of Mitten Hall with plenty of food and beverages available for fans.

As soon as we know the dates, times and locations for the second-round games, we will notify the Temple community of viewing parties on campus.

The teams have worked hard all season to reach the NCAA Tournament. I hope you will come and cheer the Owls to victory!
